Delete Your SnapHatch Account

SnapHatch - Fly Fishing Guide (com.snaphatch.app)

You can permanently delete your SnapHatch account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed.

Option 1: Delete in the app (instant)

Open the SnapHatch app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

Email support@snaphatch.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account" and the email or username on your account. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Your profile information (name, email, login credentials)
Hatch and catch logs, photos, and locations you've saved
App preferences and device identifiers linked to your account

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, to prevent fraud, or to meet payment-processor obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
